WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
Anyways collects information about you from the following sources: First is what you may provide us when you interact with Hanna Andersson. Second is certain data that is collected automatically as you use the Sites. Third, are inferences we may generate about you. Finally, we may also collect information about you from other sources. Your Internet browser and mobile device may allow you to adjust your browser settings so that "do not track" requests are sent to the websites you visit. Hanna does not respond to "do not track" requests at this time.

“Sales” of Personal Information. California law requires that we provide transparency about personal information we “sell,” which, for the purposes of the CCPA, broadly means scenarios in which Hanna has shared personal information with third parties in exchange for valuable consideration. As described above in the “Targeted Advertising” section above, we work with advertising partners that collect identifiers and Internet network activity information from our Sites for the purpose of delivering targeted advertisements on our Sites and other websites. This activity may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA and for purposes of the CCPA we “sell” identifiers, commercial information and Internet or other electronic network activity information to our advertising partners to show you ads that are targeted to your interests.
You have the right to opt out of these “sales” at any time by visiting our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page. We do not knowingly sell personal information about consumers under the age of 16.
We offer various financial incentives. For example, we may provide discounts or other benefits to customers who sign up to receive our marketing emails or submit product reviews. When you participate in a financial incentive, we collect personal information from you, such as identifiers like your name and email address. HOW DOES ANYWAYS PROTECT MY INFORMATION?
The security of your personal information is very important to ANYWAYS, and we have implemented commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. Our website is PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt your order information, such as your name, address, and credit card number, during data transmission. We use a third-party payment processor, which is also PCI DSS compliant.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
HOW DOES ANYWAYS PROTECT CHILDREN'S PRIVACY?
We at Anyways are concerned about the safety and security of children. All children's products we sell are for purchase by adults only. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that an individual is under the age of 16 has provided personal information to Anyways, for any purpose without prior verifiable parental consent, we will delete his or her information from our files.

As Anyways offers new products and services, this Privacy Statement is expected to change as well.
